NINJA FOODI PULLED PORK

Steps:
- Add all dry rub ingredients to a bowl.
- Place pork roast in a shallow dish and rub with the dry rub ingredients.
- Let it rest for 1-2 hours to bring to room temperature.
- Using the olive oil, brush it in the pot of the Ninja Foodi to fully coat the pot.
- Set the Ninja Foodi to the saute function on medium-high heat and sear each chunk of pork on all sides to brown the outside.
- Carefully remove and set aside.
- Add the chicken broth to the pot.
- Using a wooden or silicone spoon, deglaze the bottom of the pot by scrapping it.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and mix together with the chicken broth.
- Place the chunks of pork back into the pot and secure the pressure cooker lid in place.
- Set the nozzle to 'seal' and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
- Let it naturally release (do nothing) for 20 minutes.
- Release the additional steam by turning the nozzle to 'vent'.
- Remove the pork and place in a large bowl or on a platter and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes, then use 2 forks to shred the pork.
- Use your desired toppings to serve it on a baked potatoes, topped over a bun with sauce or coleslaw.

NINJA FOODI PULLED PORK

- Mix salt, pepper and paprika together in a bowl. Brush olive oil over pork and rub seasoning mixture all over.
- Set Foodi to saute and sear both sides. Turn off pot. Then remove meat and deglaze pot to scrape off any stuck on pieces of meat, use a bit of your broth to do this.
- In a bowl mix your bbq sauce, brown sugar and broth together with a whisk.
- Put meat back into pot and pour sauce on top.
- Close lid and steam valve. Set to high pressure cook for 12 minutes with a 3 minute natural pressure release.
- Remove meat and set aside to rest, keep warm.
- Keep lid off and set pot to saute to thicken sauce inside. Allow to bubble, stir for about 5 minutes until some liquid evaporates and sauce becomes thick. Turn pot off.
- On a cutting board shred or dice pork, then put back into pot and stir so meat is coated with thick sauce. Serve!

KETO NINJA FOODI PRESSURE COOKER PULLED PORK

Steps:
- Add the frozen or fresh roast, bone broth and seasonings to the removable cooking pot
- Close the Pressure Lid, turn the valve to "SEAL" and set the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker to "Pressure Cook". It'll take about 10 minutes to come to pressure since the meat is frozen. If you're using fresh meat, then it will come to pressure sooner. No other adjustments needed.
- Set the time to 90 minutes or 1 hour and 30 minutes and press "Start/Stop"
- Set the valve to "Vent" for a quick release of the air. Once the steam finishes escaping. Open the pressure lid.
- Remove the roast from the pressure cooker and shred the meat with meat claws or two forks
- Turn the Ninja Foodi to "Sear/Saute" and allow the cooking broth to come to a rolling boil/bubble.
- Mix in the BBQ sauce and allow it to reduce by half (~5 minutes).
- Mix in the shredded meat to the cooker and turn the Ninja Foodi off.
