1 (14 ounce) jar marinara sauce, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, Parmesan cheese, and pepper in a large bowl. Fold in 1 cup marinara sauce.
  • Pat turkey mixture firmly into a 8x4-inch loaf pan using wet hands. Pour remaining marinara sauce on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until meatloaf is no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.

¼ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ clove garlic, minced
½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
2 cups tomato sauce, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Mix turkey, egg, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl; shape into a loaf and put into prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Spoon about half the tomato sauce over the loaf and continue baking until the meatloaf is no longer pink in the center, 10 to 15 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Rest meatloaf 5 to 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
  • While the meatloaf rests, warm remaining tomato sauce in a small saucepan over medium-low heat; serve with the sliced meatloaf.

1 pound mild Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
1 pound ground turkey
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups spaghetti sauce
5 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sausage, eggs, oats, onion and milk. Season with 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt. Mix well and form into a loaf. Place into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the spaghetti sauce, hot sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Smooth over the entire meatloaf.

The turned-out-super-tasty "wing-it" meatloaf recipe! My 15 year old LOVED this, and I couldn't stop eating it either! It was very quick to assemble, using the food processor to slice, chop, grate, and crush. With the green pepper, pepper jack cheese and tortillas it seemed like it might come out a bit spicey, but it had a touch of sweetness that was delicious.

1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese
2 cups scoops tortilla chips
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
1/8 cup barbecue sauce

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350°F.
  • Chop onion and green pepper, by hand or in food processor (slice).
  • Heat frying pan on medium, melt butter and add chopped the vegetables. Cook until translucent.
  • Grate the pepper jack cheese and set aside.
  • Crush the Scoops to a fine consistency and set aside.
  • Put the ground beef in a medium size bowl and mix in the eggs, salt, pepper, onion, and green pepper. Add in the cheese and crushed Scoops til well combined.
  • Place in baking pan and form in to desired shape
  • Drizzle ketchup and barbeque sauce over the loaf using a diagonal pattern.

3 teaspoons Italian seasoning, divided
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 package (20 ounces) lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place garlic, carrots and onion in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Add beans; process until blended. Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
