KITTENCAL'S BAKED POTATO SALAD CASSEROLE (OR COLD POTATO SALAD)
This may be served hot as a casserole or reduce the melted butter amount down to 2 tablespoons and serve as a cold potato salad, either way it's delicious! --- If you are serving hot as a casserole I strongly recommend to have the potatoes cooled to room temperature before using in this recipe or use cold potatoes that have been cooked a day ahead, I have even made this using about 5 cups of thawed frozen hash browns, the complete casserole may be assembled and refrigerated for up to 2 days ahead before baking although it's so delicious cold it might not even make it to the oven, and also makes a large amount which makes this *perfect* dish for potlucks --- if you are baking as a casserole use only mayonnaise such as Hellman's using salad dressing will not be as good.

TURKEY OR CHICKEN ALMOND CRESCENT CASSEROLE
You can prepare the soup/chicken mixture in advance and refrigerate, just warm in the microwave or on top of the stove before topping with the crescent crust. I have also added in some cooked cubed potatoes to the filling mixture. This casserole is easy and delicious! You can double all amounts and bake in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish if desired.

TURKEY POTATO CASSEROLE
This was made from Thanksgiving leftovers, and ingredients in my pantry. It's a family favorite and a hit at Pot lucks. With leftovers, it's a breeze, made from scratch ... it's work. Either way it's a hit and well worth the time. After a holiday meal half the work is done because you usually have the mashed potatoes, and turkey. When I make it from scratch, I usually use chicken rather than turkey. Prep times are from leftovers.

KITTENCAL'S CHICKEN CRESCENT ROLL CASSEROLE
This will also work great with turkey; if you do not have chicken breasts, then use any leftover cooked chicken. If desired you can fill the crescents just with the filling mixture and omit the soup, just brush with butter before baking. They are wonderful just stuffed with the filling! A few members have experienced a soggy bottom, so you might want to consider just drizzling half (or even a little less) of the soup mixture on top and a little around the sides of the crescents, then save the rest of the soup mixture for another time (this will help prevent a soggy bottom). You may use the jumbo crescent rolls and stuff with more chicken mixture :)

KITTENCAL'S TURKEY-POTATO CASSEROLE WITH ALMOND CRESCENT CRUST
I developed this recipe, it is really good, and can be made using cooked turkey or cooked chicken, it is better with turkey! The bouillon powder is optional, I like to add in in for extra flavor. In place of the crescent rolls you can use puff pastry or prepared pie pastry. The mixture must be hot before topping with the crescent crust. Add in some fresh sauteed or canned mushrooms also if desired, to save some time cook your potatoes a day ahead.
