I like martinis that use fresh fruit so I put together this Kiwi Martini. Always use the best vodka you can get you hands on... you'll thank me later! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Muddle a peeled kiwi fruit with the sugar syrup in the bottom of the shaker.
- Add vodka and ice then shake and strain into a frozen martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of kiwi.

KIWI FRESH FRUIT MARTINI
You may need to adjust the sugar depending on the ripeness of your fruit. Using kiwi sugar syrup helps boost this cocktail's flavour but, if your kiwis are good and ripe, it also works well just using standard sugar syrup.

- Cut kiwi fruit in half and cut a slice to put aside for garnish
- Scoop out flesh out of both halves into base of shaker and MUDDLE
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
