CRAZY CAKE
This easy crazy cake recipe is made without eggs, milk, or butter. The result is a rich, fudgy, and moist chocolate cake.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Add dry ingredients to an ungreased 8-inch round or square baking pan. Whisk to combine.
- Make 3 wells in the mixture. One larger hole and 2 smaller (see image). Pour oil, vinegar, and vanilla into the wells.
- Pour water over all of the ingredients. Mix well with a fork, making sure to get all the dry mix that gets stuck in the corners.
- Before baking, give the pan a couple of taps on the counter to help release any bubbles. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean.
- Serve plain, topped with powdered sugar, or frosted. If frosting, allow the cake to cool to room temperate before frosting.

CHOCOLATE CRAZY CAKE
Chocolate Crazy Cake is one of the easiest cakes you'll ever make. Like my beloved Cinnamon Toast Cake, this is an egg-free cake, but the Crazy Cake also requires no dairy.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square pan with butter or a dairy-free alternative. In the greased pan, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Whisk lightly with a fork or small whisk to combine.
- Make two small wells and 1 large well in the dry ingredients (as pictured) and add the vinegar, vanilla, and oil to the wells. Pour the water over the top and whisk again to combine thoroughly.
- Bake for 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely. Sprinkle the cool cake with powdered sugar or top with your favorite frosting. Enjoy!

- Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda, and cocoa together into a 9 x 13 inch ungreased cake pan. Make three wells. Pour oil into one well, vinegar into second, and vanilla into third well. Pour cold water over all, and stir well with fork.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Frost with your favorite icing.

KWIK KRAZY CAKE

- 1. Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.2. Measure KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal and coffee into ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Stir to combine. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Stir in oil, vinegar and vanilla. Add flour mixture, stirring until smooth.3. Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into squares and serve with whipped topping, if desired. MILK AND HONEY GRAHAM COCONUT CAKE

- 1. In medium bowl stir together graham crumbs, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.2. In small mixing bowl beat egg whites on high speed of electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.3. In large mixing bowl beat granulated sugar and shortening on medium speed of electric mixer until combined. Add egg yolks and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Alternately add crumb mixture and buttermilk, beating until just combined after each addition.4. Gently fold egg whites and 3/4 cup coconut into graham mixture. Spread in two 9 x 1 1/2-inch round baking pans coated with cooking spray and lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely.5. In small mixing bowl beat cream, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla on medium speed of electric mixer until soft peaks form. Frost between layers and top of cake with whipped cream. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup coconut, if desired. Store in refrigerator.
