- Precalienta la parrilla a fuego medio-alto. Pincha las papas con un tenedor o cuchillo filoso. Frótalas con el aceite; espolvoréalas con la sal. Coloca las papas en un plato apto para microondas.
- Calienta las papas a potencia ALTA en el microondas durante 8 minutos o hasta que estén blandas, voltéandolas después de 4 minutos. Pon las papas sobre una rejilla engrasada sobre la parrilla.
- Asa las papas de 12 a 15 minutos o hasta que las papas estén crujientes y doradas, volteándolas de vez en cuando. Parte las papas por la mitad. Sírvelas coronadas con el resto de los ingredientes.
