- Butter the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Cover bottom of pan with bread. In a large bowl mix sausage, eggs, cheese, milk and bacon. Then pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Cook the next morning!!!! At 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown.

- Lightly saute mushrooms, shallots, and garlic in olive oil. Stir in lobster and sherry. Set aside to be able to use the same pan for stuffing preparation. Melt butter and combine crumbled crackers and parsley. Set aside 1/2 of the stuffing mixture. Add lobster mixture to remaining stuffing in pan. Combine well. Slowly stir in cream. Pour into casserole dish and top with the remaining stuffing. Bake 10-15 minutes in a preheated 325°F oven or until topping is lightly browned. Serving suggestion: As an added bonus, while the casserole is baking, saute extra lobster claw meat to use with lemon as a garnish on top of the cooked casserole. And, for a very casual presentation, bake the recipe in a non-stick oven-proof frying pan, using that as your serving dish at the table. Since this recipe is a very rich version of Lazy Mans Lobster, it is best served with a light side dish of a green garden salad or a summer fruit salad.

- Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Place cubed bread into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Place on top of bread.
- Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and pour over sausage. Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake in the preheated oven until set, about 45 minutes. Place foil over top the last 15 minutes to prevent the cheese from hardening.

LAZY WIFE'S BREAKFAST
Great for christmas morning or anytime you have overnight guests. This is wonderful and so easy and looks like you had to do a lot to prepare it, but it is so simple. I did everything the recipe called for except the special k cereal and butter at the end. Definately a keeper and that is why I am posting it. Enjoy!!!!

- Butter dish.
- Layer with 8 slices of bread on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Add layers of bacon or ham, cheese, onion and green pepper. Top with remaining bread slices.
- Beat together eggs, dry mustard, salt pepper, worcestershire sauce, milk and tabasco. Pour over bread mixture.
- Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerateovernight.
- The next morning, cover with special K cereal.
- Melt butter and pour over top.
- Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
