LEFTOVER TURKEY CASSEROLE
You could use chicken, ham or beef -whatever you have left over. If you have it, use your favorite stuffing recipe, enough to top the casserole

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan or large oven-safe casserole dish (or whichever size is appropriate if you don't have as many leftovers), spread the mashed potatoes in the bottom of the pan, layer meat and vegetables over the potatoes.
- Spread gravy over the top, and then top with leftover stuffing. If you don't have stuffing leftover, or don't care for it, you can put the mashed potatoes on top of the casserole to make a crust.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until hot.
LEFTOVER MASHED POTATOES AND TURKEY CASSEROLE
A lovely way to use hard-to-reheat potatoes and gravy, and good alternative to the same-old leftovers after Thanksgiving. Someone should try it with bacon bits under the cheese.

Steps:
- Put the ingredients in the order given, layered: turkey, gravy, potatoes, and cheese. Try not to squish the potatoes into the gravy, but this is a casserole, so there isn't any worry if you do a bit. The cheese adds a nice bite and flavor, so try not to skip out on it.
- Cover and Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TURKEY POTATO CASSEROLE
This was made from Thanksgiving leftovers, and ingredients in my pantry. It's a family favorite and a hit at Pot lucks. With leftovers, it's a breeze, made from scratch ... it's work. Either way it's a hit and well worth the time. After a holiday meal half the work is done because you usually have the mashed potatoes, and turkey. When I make it from scratch, I usually use chicken rather than turkey. Prep times are from leftovers.
