3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Place chicken breast halves into prepared baking dish. Whisk lemon juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, and oregano together in a bowl and pour the mixture over chicken breasts.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink inside, the juices run clear, and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a breast reads 180 degrees F (80 degrees C), about 45 minutes. Baste chicken with pan juices every 15 minutes while baking.

4 teaspoons lemon zest
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup olive oil
½ cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Combine lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Slowly whisk olive oil into the lemon juice mixture until thickened. Whisk sour cream into the mixture. Transfer the dressing to a sealable container.

2 garlic cloves
2 anchovy fillets packed in oil (drained)
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
kosher salt
1/2 seeded, finely chopped lemon (with peel)
1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh oregano leaves
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • Finely chop 2 garlic cloves, 2 anchovy fillets packed in oil (drained), 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, and a pinch of kosher salt in a mini-processor. Add 1/2 seeded, finely chopped lemon (with peel) and 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh oregano leaves; pulse a few times to coarsely chop. Add 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil; process until a coarse purée forms. Season with more salt and fresh lemon juice, if desired. DO AHEAD: Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and chill.
