2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon lime juice
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Pour 2/3 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add the chicken. 1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs, separated, room temperature
MERINGUE:
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Drizzle honey and 1 tablespoon melted butter in bottom of crust. In a medium bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, sugar, egg yolks and remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter until blended. Pour into crust; bake for 20 minutes., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy.
