Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450˚F (230˚C).
- Cut the head of cauliflower in half. Pluck bite-sized florets from each half. Trim bottoms of florets as necessary.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread cauliflower florets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove florets from oven and toss with BBQ sauce.
- Return florets to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until browned to your liking.
- Brush more BBQ sauce on the cooked cauliflower for extra flavor.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- Break the head of cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower and coat well.
- Transfer cauliflower to an oiled, parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and squeeze the juice of one lemon over the florets. Adding the lemon juice in the beginning prevents the cauliflower from getting soggy. Top with some more cracked pepper if you prefer.
- Bake for another 10 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with aioli or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Toss cauliflower, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Pour cauliflower onto a large sheet of aluminum foil and wrap tightly; place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cauliflower is tender, 45 to 55 minutes. Transfer cauliflower mixture to a bowl and mash to desired consistency.
- Mix olive oil and milk into mashed cauliflower mixture. Drop cauliflower mixture by the spoonful into muffin cups and top with Cheddar cheese and red pepper flakes.
