Lemon Pineapple Pudding Pie Recipes

LEMON PINEAPPLE PIE

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine graham crackers crumbs and butter, press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on a wire rack.
• Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine dry pudding mix and 1 1/2 cups of water; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened, cool.
• In another large saucepan, bring the remaining water to a boil. Add the gelatin powder, stir to dissolve. Stir into pudding mixture. Add pineapple, and let cool completely.
• Top it with whipped and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Garnish with lemon or strawberry or whatever topping you prefer.

PINEAPPLE-LEMON PIE

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients and pour into graham cracker crust.
• Freese until ready to serve.
• Set out and allow to thaw about 30 minutes before serving.

LEMON PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE

Steps:

• In a four quart serving bowl drop one 8 inch layer cake.
• Pour half of the pudding over cake, then spread half of the pineapple over pudding, then spread half of the cool whip over pudding.
• Repeat layers, and refrigerate.
• You may want to garnish with lemon slices to add that pretty touch.

LAYERED PINEAPPLE AND LEMON CHEESECAKE PIE

Steps:

• In a large bowl, beat cream cheese & sugar with a whisk until well blended, then stir in the Cool Whip & HALF of the crushed pineapple, before spreading this mixture into the crust.
• In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix & milk, blending for 2 minutes; The mixture will be thick. Stir in the remaining pineapple, then spoon this mixture over the pie filling. Refrigerate for a couple of hours until chilled.
