Steps:
- Trim any fat from the pork chops. Place the pork chops and garlic in a large bowl. In a small bowl, stir together the salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme and parsley. Sprinkle the salt mixture over the pork chops and garlic, and turn to coat.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the pork chops. Let rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil. Lightly coat with cooking spray. Place the pork chops on the baking sheet.
- Broil the pork chops until just cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle the pork chops with parsley. Serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 F (165 C.) In large skillet over medium heat brown chops on both sides.
- Remove chops and place the in a shallow baking dish.
- Combine ketchup, brown sugar,and vinegar.
- Pour mixture over chops, spreading to cover evenly.
- Cut 6 slices from the lemon and lay one slice on top of each chop.
- Squeeeze the juice from the remaining portion of lemon over chops.
- Cover and bake for 30 min.

- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder and flour together.
- Dredge the pork chops in this mixture.
- Brown the pork chops on both sides in the cooking oil.
- Arrange the pork chops in a 8x8 baking dish and place a lemon slice on each.
- Mix the catsup, water and brown sugar together and pour over the pork chops.
- Bake(uncovered) in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until done. Add a small amount of water, if needed, toward the end of baking period.

- For the sauce: In a large bowl or pitcher, mix all of the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- For the pork chops: Heat a large heavy skillet over medium heat and add enough cooking oil to coat the bottom. Dredge the pork chops in the seasoned flour and brown for approximately 2 minutes per side in the skillet. Transfer the chops to a baking pan. - Generously season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat enough oil to coat the bottom of a large ovenproof skillet (1 to 2 tablespoons) over medium-high heat. Blot excess moisture off pork chops with paper towels. - Tear off a generous square of tin foil for each chop, enough to wrap and seal completely. Coat both sides of each chop with lemon pepper.
