⅔ cup dry lemonade mix
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Steps:

  • To Marinate: In a nonporous glass dish or bowl combine the lemonade mix, pepper and salad dressing. Mix well. Add chicken and toss to coat; cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Remove chicken from marinade, discarding any remaining marinade, and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon minced fresh mint or 1/4 teaspoon dried mint
6 bone-in chicken breast halves (8 ounces each)

Steps:

  • In a large resealable bag, combine the first five ingredients. Remove half of the marinade to a small bowl; cover and refrigerate. Add chicken to the bag; seal and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally., Drain and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 10 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Grill 5-10 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear; basting and turning several times.

olive oil, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
1 chicken breast
salt, to taste
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 lemon, half for the juice, half for slices
parchment paper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place asparagus into mixing bowl and thoroughly coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  • Tear off a sheet of parchment paper, large enough to fold into a packet.
  • Place asparagus and chicken breast on top of parchment paper. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice. Garnish with 2-3 lemon slices.
  • Fold the edges of the parchment paper widthwise 2-3 times then twist the ends until fully closed.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

1 -2 tablespoon lawry's lemon pepper seasoning
1 lemon
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried basil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Brush an 8X8 oven-proof glass container with olive oil and place chicken breasts in container.
  • Add sea salt, lemon pepper and basil on chicken.
  • Cut half of lemon into thin rings and place on top of chicken.

2 tablespoons butter, divided
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
4-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sherry or chicken broth

1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

  • Flatten chicken to 1/2-in. thickness. In a large skillet, cook chicken in 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups Italian dressing (your favorite brand or recipe)
1/3 cup sweetened lemonade drink mix
garlic powder, to taste
lemon pepper seasoning, to taste

Steps:

  • Make a marinade of the Italian dressing and lemonaide powder, and marinate the chicken in this for at least six, and up to twenty-four hours.
  • The longer the better.
  • Bring your grill to medium heat, and sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and lemon pepper seasoning.
  • Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side.
  • This recipe may also be broiled, following the instructions for your oven.
  • Be sure to let meat rest for at least 4 minutes before serving.
