This frozen mint lemonade is incredibly delicious and refreshing! A traditional Middle Eastern drink called limonana it's the perfect way to cool off on a hot afternoon.

- Place all ingredients in a blender: lemon juice, sugar, mint, water and ice. Pulse until everything is well incorporated with a slushy texture.
- Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with lemon slices or mint sprigs.

- In a blender, combine the lemon juice, mint, sugar, and 1/2 cup of the water and blend until fully liquid. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, reserving the liquid and discarding the solids. In a pitcher, stir together the mint mixture and the remaining 3 1/2 cups water. Serve over ice cubes.

- Add the sugar and 6 tablespoons of water to a small saucepan; heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
- Add the cooled sugar syrup, remaining 1/2 cup water, lemon juice, mint leaves, ice cubes, and orange blossom water (if using) to a blender. Pulse a few times to break up the ice and then process until slushy.

- COMBINE: The lemon juice, lime juice, mint leaves, sugar, and water in the blender. Blend for a minute or until the mint is broken down completely.
- SLUSHIE: Lift the lid, add ½ the ice. Close the lid and start the blender; if your blender has an opening in the lid, I suggest slowly adding the remaining ice while the blender is running so that it blends as you add it. Pour the frozen mint lemonade into your favorite glasses and decorate with lemon slices or a sprig of mint!
