This easy 2-ingredient maple fudge recipe can be made in the microwave or on the stove. It's super creamy and has a lovely maple flavor.

Steps:
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave or on the stove.
- Pour maple syrup and a pinch of salt, if using, into the white chocolate and stir slowly until well combined and thickened.
- Spread into an 8-inch square pan that has been lined with non-stick tin foil, parchment paper, or tin foil that has been sprayed with baking spray.
- Cover and chill for about 3 hours until firm then remove from the pan and cut into 36 pieces.

Steps:
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with waxed paper. Butter the paper.
- Bring maple syrup, heavy cream, and brown sugar to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Continue to boil, without stirring, until mixture starts to bubble and registers 240 degrees F (166 degrees C) on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat. Add butter and salt but do not mix. Let sit until mixture reaches 105 degrees F (41 degrees C).
- Add walnuts and vanilla; beat until mixture loses its gloss. Pour into the prepared pan and let cool to room temperature. Cut, wrap, and store in the refrigerator.

- Put maple syrup and milk in heavy saucepan.
- Boil to the soft ball stage, or about 235 degrees on the candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Beat until mixture is creamy.
- Add nuts.
- Pour mixture into 8 inch buttered square pan and spread out evenly.
- Let cool until firm.
- Cut into pieces.
- Store in airtight container in a cool place.

WORLD'S EASIEST MAPLE WALNUT FUDGE
This has got to be the worlds easiest fudge to make, only 3 ingredients. Make sure to use fresh walnuts and pure maple syrup. The better the quality the better the fudge....Enjoy! Please do not substitute the whipping cream for any other type of cream, it will not work.... it requires heavy cream... to set.

- Line a large platter with plastic wrap.
- Pour the maple syrup and whipping cream into a deep pan.
- Properly fix the candy thermometer in the pan so not to touch the sides of the pan, or the bottom of the pan, leave at least a half inch space from the bottom of the pan.
- Cook on medium-high heat.
- Occasionally stir gently until thermometer reads 235 degrees (this will take about 20 - 35 minutes).
- Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl, make sure not to scrap the bottom of the pot.
- Allow the fudge mixture to cool for 5 minutes without stirring.
- With a wooden spoon gently stir the chopped walnuts into the fudge for about 3 - 4 minute.
- When fudge starts to hold its shape without stirring gently scrap onto prepared platter, score into squares and store in a n airtight container.
