Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine milk and lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping. Set aside 1/3 cup strawberries for garnish; stir remaining strawberries into filling. Spoon into crusts. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with reserved strawberries.

LISSER SUE'S STRAWBERRY PIE (FRUIT JUICE SWEETENED)
I've been thinking about this pie for a long time and when I saw 4 pound packages of strawberries for $4.99 at the store I knew today was the day! This is inspired by Recipe #262164 and Recipe #280726. You can also make the strawberry layer with 12 ounces of white grape juice concentrate and add food color. It's a little sweeter that way. I used 3 drops of the neon pink and 3 drops of red and got a really nice color.

Steps:
- Mix strawberries through cornstarch and cook over medium heat, bringing to a boil then reducing heat.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
- Separately combine the softened cream cheese and grape juice concentrate in a food processor.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into an already-baked pie shell.
- Top with the cooked strawberry mixture.
- Chill before serving.

STRAWBERRY PIE

Steps:
- Wash berries and remove tops. Reserve half the berries (the nicest ones). Mash the rest and place in medium sauce pan. Mix together cornstarch and sugar add to the mashed berries. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice. Cool carefully blend remaining strawberries into mixture. Pour into gingersnap pie crust or over the top of the whole-wheat or regular angel food cake. Top with vanilla ice milk or light whipped cream. When served over angel food cake, one serving contains just one fat gram and becomes a "B+" Choice. *Omit sugar and replace it with ¼ cup apple-juice concentrate and ¼ cup pineapple-juice concentrate if you are diabetic or are highly resistant to fat loss. Serve in a parfait dish, eliminating the pie crust and the ice milk or whipped cream. Fruit-juice sweetened nonfat yogurt is a delicious on top! **Follow the Gingersnap Pie Crust recipe, or use an already prepared, graham cracker pie crust to save time. ***Whenever I'm in the mood for whipped cream, I choose light, "real" whipped cream. Non-dairy whipped cream contains palm and/or coconut oils that are even more highly saturated than lard!

FRUIT SWEETENED BERRY PIE
This is a delicious berry pie that only has fruit in it! That is right, no sugar is added! I made it at Christmas along with a sugary berry pie and you could hardly tell the difference. So... if you want a healthy version of a berry pie, try this one!

Steps:
- In large saucepan, combine the berries (I have used fresh black berries and the mixed berries from Costco), the thinly sliced apples (I have used granny smith), the flour, orange zest, orange extract and cinnamon. Stir over medium heat until thickened. Make sure to keep stirring so the berries don't scorch. Line a pie pan with crust. When berries are thickened pour into lined pie dish and top with butter, if desired. Top with second pie crust and crimp edges. Cut slits in the top of the pie and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden. Enjoy!
