LITTLE CHEDDAR MEAT LOAVES
These cheesy meat loaf minis are perfect when you're craving meat loaf but don't want to wait a long time for a full-size one to bake. My husband and I just love these served with au gratin or fried potatoes. -Paula Petersen, Granite City, Illinois

LITTLE MEAT LOAVES
These individual meat loaves are topped with a sweet and tangy sauce. The sausage in this recipe yields a more complex flavor than your standard meat loaf.

LIL' CHEDDAR MEATLOAVES
We have given up all other meat loaf recipes for this one. I love the individual servings and every bite has the yummy catsup sauce where in "regular" meat loaf it's just a small strip on top! With the smaller loaves it also makes the cooking time a bit quicker. This recipe came from '99 TOH magazine but I added the rubbed sage for some extra flavor. Enjoy!
