LITTLE SMOKIES IN CONCORD MUSTARD SAUCE
These little smokies have to be the fastest, easiest, tastiest appetizer on the planet with so few ingredients or steps involved. This slow cooker appetizer gets devoured, followed by "what's in that sauce?" It's that good!

Steps:
- Put the cocktail smokies in a 1.5 Quart slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine the jelly with mustard and stir.
- Pour jelly/mustard sauce over the cocktail smokies.
- Cover. Turn the slow cooker on Low for 3 hours or High for 2 hours.

- To make dipping sauce, whisk all sauce ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Unroll dough and cut into little triangles. Roll each smokie in a triangle and place on a cookie sheet.
- Brush with butter.
- Bake at 375 degrees until golden, about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with sweet mustard dipping sauce.

Steps:
- Mix brown sugar, ketchup and dijon mustard in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil on medium heat.
- Pour sauce over lil smokies and simmer over low heat for 30-45 minutes.
- You can also put in crockpot on low setting.

- In a large saucepan, combine: ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, cloves and cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Add the Little Smokies (drain out the liquid from packages) and cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat for about 30-45 minutes or until Little Smokies are heated through, stirring occasionally.
- If doing these in a crockpot; combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, cloves and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Add the Little Smokies (drain out the liquid from packages) to the crockpot and pour sauce mixture over them.
- Stir to evenly coat Little Smokies.
