6 small yellow potatoes
Kosher salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 slices thick-cut bacon
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives

Steps:

Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water in a medium saucepan over medium heat until fork-tender, about 12 minutes. Drain and dry the potatoes completely.
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Brush a potato masher with olive oil, then gently press down to smash a potato. Rotate the masher ninety degrees and press down again to create a crisscross pattern on top of the potato. (The top of the potato should have jagged edges.) Repeat with the remaining potatoes. Brush the tops of the potatoes with the remaining oil. Sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt and the pepper. Bake until golden brown and crisp, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat, flipping as needed, until crisp, about 12 minutes. Set aside.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and immediately sprinkle the cheese on each, letting it melt slightly. Transfer the potatoes to a platter and top with a touch of sour cream. Crumble the bacon and distribute over the potatoes. Sprinkle over the chives and serve.

1 Tbsp. guacamole
1 KRAFT Singles
1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 Tbsp. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

Heat chili cheese dog as directed on package; cut lengthwise in half.
Spread half the tortilla with guacamole; top with Singles, chili cheese dog halves, salsa and mozzarella. Fold in half.
Cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until cheese is melted and quesadilla is lightly browned on both sides, turning after 3 min.

I got this grownup hot dog recipe from a girl I attend church with. They were always gone in no time at family functions. You need to let them sit for a day or two to take on the flavor, and inexpensive hot dogs are key here.... they make a better product!

Ingredients

1 cup ketchup
1 cup bourbon
1 cup brown sugar
2 (16 ounce) packages hot dogs, sliced into bite-sized pieces

Steps:

Combine ketchup, bourbon, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes. Add hot dogs. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Let cool completely before refrigerating for 24 to 48 hours.
Reheat hot dogs by simmering in a pan over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with toothpicks.
