  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, orange juice, lime juice and sugar with a handful of ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice.
  • Garnish with orange slice and a maraschino cherry and serve.

2 lemons
1 cup ice, crushed
2 tablespoons rose water
4 cups water

Steps:

  • Squeeze juice from the 2 lemons and reserve juice.
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, crushed ice, 4 cups water, lemon juice and rose water.
  • When sugar is completely dissolved, strain and serve the herbat in frosty glasses.

(serves two, ideally) 4 oz. bourbon* 2 oz. orange juice 1 oz. lime juice (fresh squeezed--ALWAYS) 1 tbsp confectioner's sugar Shake vigorously with ice and strain into two rocks glasses with clean ice.
