- In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Remove 1/4 cup mixture to a large bowl; add beef and toss to coat. Marinate at room temperature 10 minutes., Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat 1-1/2 teaspoons canola oil. Add half of the beef mixture; stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from pan. Repeat with an additional 1-1/2 teaspoons oil and remaining beef mixture., Stir-fry water chestnuts and green onions in remaining canola oil 30 seconds. Stir in spinach and remaining hoisin mixture; cook until spinach is wilted. Return beef to pan; heat through., Drain spaghetti; add to beef mixture and toss to combine. Sprinkle with chili pepper.

This low carb Asian beef and spinach soup is perfect for a filling lunch or appetizer!

- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan then add soy sauce, garlic paste and green onions.
- Meanwhile, season the steak with salt and pepper and cook it on a griddle pan until cooked medium-rare.
- As the steak cooks, add beef broth and water to the first pan. Bring to the boil, then add baby spinach.
- Remove the steak and let rest.
- Beat the eggs in a small cup or bowl, then add them to the soup while stirring constantly.
- Slice the steak into small pieces, trimming off any excess fat. Add it to the soup then serve into bowls. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

- In a 6-qt. stockpot, cook beef and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, breaking up beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in broth, tomatoes and seasonings; bring to a boil. - Add the bell pepper, Rotel diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and spices. Stir for 4-5 minutes or until tomatoes are soft and tender and cream cheese is mixed through.
- Pour in beef broth and reduce heat to low-medium. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until desired thickness is achieved.
- Serve in small soup bowls. Top with freshly sliced avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, freshly minced cilantro, jalapeno, and a drizzle of lime.

- combine water, onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, bouillon cube and spinach (I grabbed 6 large handfuls) in saucepan until it starts to come to a boil.
- Then add butter.
- Once butter melts add in heavy whipping cream.
- Cook for a few more minutes until spinach is desired tenderness.
- If you would like put spinach in food processor or blender to make it smaller pieces.
