Low-carb Keto Sausage Balls With Almond Flour Recipe image

Sausage balls with almond flour are a gluten-free, low-carb and keto-friendly recipe to enjoy any time of the day.

1 lb ground pork sausage
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1-2 tbsp pork rind panko
1 egg

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F; line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside;
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or in a food processor and mix well;
  • Using a cookie scoop, form into balls and add to the baking tray;
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through;
  • Remove to a wire rack to cool slightly and serve.
