This recipe uses plain yogurt not heavy cream so it's lower in fat and calories but it is still just as good. It is a very simple and refreshing soup.

This is a summer dream. It's the prettiest color (try to use the ripest deep red berries)and can be served as a soup or thinned and served in a crystal goblet. I made a half recipe and there was lots for two. The cooking time is chill time.

- Wash and stem berries.
- Place ingredients in food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- Chill and serve with a small dollop of yogurt and a mint sprig as garnish.
- *It can be further enhanced with a shot of Grand Marnier or a couple ounces of sweet champagne.

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in whipped topping on low speed until smooth; set aside. In another large bowl, combine milk and pudding mixes. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in cream cheese mixture until smooth. Set aside 1 cup of strawberries. Fold remaining strawberries into pudding mixture. Transfer to a serving bowl or individual dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Arrange remaining strawberries on top.,
