Steps:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- In a large pot, melt the butter and saute the onions for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the flour until well blended. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk; stir well.
- Add in the cheeses, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Continue to cook and stir until smooth, hot and thickened.
- Stir in the ham, peas and cooked/drained macaroni.
- Stir well until heated through.
- Serve.

- Follow recipe for Creamy Macaroni and Cheese.
- Heat oil in medium-high heat in a 10-inch skillet. Saute shallots until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Add ham; continue to saute until meat begins to brown, about 2 minutes. Add vermouth and simmer until liquid almost evaporates, about a minute. Add peas. Stir mixture into macaroni and cheese. Serve hot.

- Heat a large pot of salted water to a boil, drop in pasta. Cook pasta to just shy of al dente.
- Heat sauce pot with butter over medium heat, whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, whisk in stock then milk, allow the sauce to thicken, and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in cheeses in a figure eight motion. Stir in Dijon and ham and remove the sauce from heat. Drain pasta and combine with sauce.

- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees,and lightly grease or spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan ( I used the same one that was used to cook the pasta in,one less pan to wash ),melt margarine over medium heat and add onion.
- Cook onion until soft, then add flour and cook until flour is lightly browned.
- Add milk,and all seasonings stir until slightly thick.
- Reduce heat to low and add velveeta,stirring until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat,add cooked pasta,ham and peas.
- Stir until all ingredients are well coated,if mixture seems to thick add a bit more milk.
- Pour into prepared baking dish and top with optional cheese,bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente; drain and reserve. Meanwhile, in a 5-quart heavy pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Whisk in flour to coat onion. In a slow steady stream, whisk in milk until there are no lumps.
- Cook, whisking often, until mixture is thick and bubbly and coats the back of a wooden spoon, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in cayenne, if using, and 1 cup each yellow and white cheddar cheese. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Toss pasta with cheese mixture; fold in ham. Transfer to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish or individual dishes. Set aside.
- In a food processor, pulse bread until large crumbs form. Toss together with remaining 1/4 cup each white and yellow cheddar, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Top pasta with breadcrumb mixture. Bake until top is golden, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut top 1/4 inch off head of garlic to expose cloves. Place garlic, cut side up, on sheet of foil. Drizzle with 1/2 tablespoon oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap garlic with foil to enclose tightly. Bake until skin is golden brown and cloves are tender, about 55 minutes. Cool. Squeeze cloves from skin.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package, using minimum cook time.
- Meanwhile, in 3-quart saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium-high heat. Cook garlic in butter, stirring frequently, until golden. Reduce heat to medium. - Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile in large saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth; gradually whisk in milk. MACARONI WITH HAM AND CHEESE

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil for cooking the macaroni. Add salt to taste. Add the macaroni and cook 10 to 12 minutes, or until tender. Drain and return to pot.
- Meanwhile, cut the ham into 1/2-inch cubes and set aside. There should be about 2 cups.
- Slice the mushrooms. There should be about 2 cups.
- Cut the Cheddar into slices about 1/4 inch thick. Stack the slices and cut them into 1/4-inch-wide strips. Cut the strips into 1/4-inch cubes. There should be about 2 cups.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, stirring with a wire whisk. Cook for about a minute; then add the milk, stirring rapidly with the whisk. Let simmer about 1 minute and add the nutmeg, Cheddar cheese, and salt and black pepper to taste.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of butter in a skillet and add the onions and mushrooms. Cook, stirring, until the mushrooms are wilted. Add the ham and cook, stirring, about 1 minute. Add the cheese sauce, the cayenne and cream. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute.
- Pour and scrape the mixture into the macaroni and mix well. Transfer to a buttered 10-cup baking dish. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and place in the oven. Bake 10 minutes. Turn the broiler to high.
- Brown the macaroni and cheese under the broiler until the top is nicely browned, 2 to 3 minutes.

- put the dried macaroni and cook with the packet instructions, once cooked drain and set aside.
- in a separate pan, add the single cream ,english mustard and creme fraiche and slowly melt on low heat.
- Add most of the cheese to the cream mixture, and stir until all the cheese has melted.
- pour the ham to the cream mix and season, next pour the sauce with the pasta an into a oven proof dish sprinkle the rest of the cheese and put it in the oven 150* until golden and crisp
