MOMMA'S MEATLOAF
Momma's Meatloaf is a classic meatloaf that has the best flavor ever! This meatloaf recipe is easy to make, holds together, and has the best glaze on top!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, knead together the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, basil, oregano, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Shape the meat into a loaf and put it into the prepared pan. Bake in the 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
- Mix up the glaze in a small bowl by whisking together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush it over the hot meatloaf.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

- For the meatloaf: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Pour the milk over the bread and allow it to soak in for several minutes. Place the ground beef, milk-soaked bread, Parmesan, salt, some pepper, seasoned salt and parsley in a large mixing bowl. Pour in the eggs. With clean hands, mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape on a foil-lined broiler pan, which will allow the fat from the meat to drain.
- Lay the bacon slices over the top, tucking them underneath the meatloaf to give the meatloaf some support.
- Next, make the tomato sauce: Pour the ketchup into a bowl. Add the brown sugar and dry mustard, and splash in the hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir the mixture until well combined. Pour one-third of the sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes, and then pour over another one-third of the remaining tomato sauce over the meatloaf. Bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes; the meatloaf should be no longer pink in the middle. Allow to sit 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with the remaining tomato sauce on the side as a dipping sauce.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Stir ground beef, onion, oats, Cheddar cheese, milk, egg, and salt together in a bowl; mix well. Divide meat mixture into 8 equal portions and form each into a loaf shape. Place loaves in prepared baking dish.
- Stir ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard together in a bowl until smooth. Spread ketchup mixture over meat loaves.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 40 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

MAMA'S MEATLOAF
A stick to your ribs, delicious slice of comfort food. Great cold for sandwiches the next day! I sometimes substitute matzo meal or bread crumbs for the oatmeal.

- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sausage, chopped onion, egg, oatmeal and 1/2 cup of the ketchup.
- Mix together thoroughly. The best way to do this is with your hands!
- Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray, then form the meatloaf into a loaf shape in the baking dish.
- Bake for one hour.
- Mix together one cup of ketchup, the dried mustard and the brown sugar.
- Spoon over the meatloaf, then bake for 10 more minutes.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Enjoy!

- Ok, I don't measure, I only cook.
- Review the recipe closely and you can figure how much of what for yourself.
- First Step, make your self a little drink (your favorite wine or vodka & cranberry w/ crushed ice, whatever), light up a cigarette (optional), turn on the radio, drink 1/3 of drink before food prep.
- Roast Garlic, onion& pepper. Cool. Chop up small.
- Mix everything together.
- Mold, cover and place in fridge for 2 hours.
- Bake 300F degrees until done 1 1/4-3/4 hours . Cover for half of the cooking time.
- Problems in paradise. Send your loved one to work with a meatloaf sandwich on potato bread w/ a little mayo (an aphrodisiac), remember the extras; candy bar, napkins, fruit juice, fruit, carrot sticks, chips, love note promising mad, passionate lovemaking at the end of the day, granola bar, small salad, a mint, cookies, what ever she/he likes, et cetera. Prepare as if she/he paid $8.50 for it. Works like a charm.
