MAN-LOVIN' POTATOES
I made these one night for a barbecue and all of the guys went nuts for it!

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Slice potatoes with skins on into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place the potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion and garlic powders, seasoned salt, pepper, bacon, onion, and American cheese in a bowl. Stir in the potato slices. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake until bubbly and beginning to brown, 35 to 40 minutes.

- In a 3-qt. slow cooker coated with cooking spray, combine the soups and butter. Stir in potatoes., Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir in cheese and sour cream. Cover and cook 15-30 minutes longer or until heated through. If desired, top with additional shredded cheddar cheese and minced fresh parsley.

Steps:
- Spray a large food service pan (12x20-inch) with cooking spray.
- Place 1/3 of the potatoes into pan; sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, 1/3 onions, 1/3 bacon, and 1/3 cheese.
- Repeat layers for a total of 3 layers. Leave cheese off last layer (keep for later in cooking).
- Pour cream over top; dot with butter. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400°F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
