1 tablespoon mango nectar
4 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage (like Sprite or 7 up)

Steps:

Fill a glass with ice. Measure and pour rum and mango nectar over ice.
Top with lemon lime soda and stir.
Repeat as desired! lol.

Soy sauce
Balsalmic vinegar
A dash of lemon juice
Brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 green pepper
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 mangos, pureed

Steps:

Heat pan and add olive oil. Add onions, garlic, green peppers and salt and pepper. Cook slightly till tender.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for a bit till nice and semi-thick in texture. Remove from heat and cool.
Mixture can either be pureed or strained before applying to chicken, which is what this recipe was created for. Big winner at Buccaneer tailgating events. Enjoy!

This is a little bit unusual in that it uses rum, but the result is really good. The flavor may well strike you as unusual as well. The citrus, combined with the berry and the mango surprisingly has a flavor that hints of ruby red grapefruit with honey. At that, this may well be an interesting alternative to the typical bloody mary served at brunch. Enjoy the recipe!

Steps:

Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge, if desired.
