Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet (like a 15×10) with foil and liberally grease the foil with cooking spray. Unroll the crescent rolls into one single plane of dough and pinch any perforations together to seal. Stretch the dough out to fit the size of the pan with your hands so it's even. Prick the dough with a fork all over. Set aside. Meanwhile, cook your bacon till lighter in color and not quite crispy. Drain the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate. Drizzle 1/4 cup of the maple syrup over the crescent roll dough. Sprinkle with about 1/4 cup of the brown sugar. Top with torn pieces of the cooked bacon. Drizzle the remaining maple syrup on top of the bacon pieces, and top with the remaining brown sugar. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbling and caramelized. Remove from the oven and allow the pan to come to room temperature. Cool before cutting into pieces. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Line 2 sheet pans with waxed paper, then set aside.
- Add the popcorn, bacon, pretzels and nuts to a large bowl. Mix and set aside.
- Add the sugar, butter, maple syrup, corn syrup and salt to a large, heavy-bottomed pot fitted with a candy thermometer and place over a medium-low heat. When the butter has melted, stir together, then turn up the heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the candy thermometer reads "hard-crack stage" (300 degrees F), 4 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the maple extract. Carefully pour over the snack mix and toss using two wooden spoons. Transfer to the prepared sheet pans and spread out to allow it to cool, about 10 minutes. Break into clusters and transfer to a large serving bowl.
MAPLE-CANDIED BACON
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy foil. Place a baking rack over the lined sheet tray and arrange the bacon slices across the rack next to each other, not overlapping.
- In a small bowl, whisk the maple syrup and mustard. Generously spoon over the top of the bacon, and bake 12 to 15 minutes. Turn the bacon over and baste with syrup mixture. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the bacon has reached desired crispiness.
- Carefully remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle hot bacon with a scant pinch of finely ground black pepper. Let the bacon rest on the rack for 5 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375*F
- Prepare a cookie sheet with a baking mat, non-stick foil or parchment paper.
- Wrap ⅓ piece of bacon around each cracker and place on the prepared cookie sheet, bacon ends down.
- Once the cookie sheet is full (or you've done as many as you wish), Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and carefully sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar or a drop of maple syrup over the top of each cracker. Try not to let the syrup or brown sugar touch the pan or it will be a sticky mess.
- Return to the oven and bake for 15 - 20 more minutes - until bacon is cooked through and not soggy.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.

MAPLE CARAMEL BACON CRACK RECIPE - (4.7/5)

Steps:
- 1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet (like a 15x10) with foil and liberally grease the foil with cooking spray. Unroll the crescent rolls into one single plane of dough and pinch any perforations together to seal. Stretch the dough out to fit the size of the pan with your hands so it's even. Prick the dough with a fork all over. Set aside. 2.Meanwhile, cook your bacon. I like cooking mine in a skillet, but you can bake it - whichever you prefer. Cook it until it's technically safe enough to eat and just about done, but still lighter in color and not quite crispy. You don't want it fully cooked and crispy as it will continue to cook in the oven. I pulled mine out of the pan right when they were a medium-pink color. Drain the bacon on a paper towel-lined plate. 3.Drizzle ¼th cup of the maple syrup over the crescent roll dough. Sprinkle with about ¼th cup of the brown sugar. Top with torn pieces of the cooked bacon. Drizzle the remaining maple syrup on top of the bacon pieces, and top with the remaining brown sugar. 4.Bake for approx. 25 minutes or until bubbling and caramelized. Remove from the oven and allow the pan to come to room temperature or warm to the touch before cutting or breaking into pieces. You can serve this at room temperature or slightly warmed. It tastes best the day of, but can be eaten the next day if stored airtight.
