Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 375 F degrees. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, this will save you from having to scrub your baking sheet plus it helps with crisping up the bacon all around. Place a cookie rack on top of the baking sheet. This will help the bacon crisp up all around the shrimp.
- Remove the shells from the shrimp, but keep the tail on. Devein the shrimp using a pairing knife, if needed.
- In a small bowl whisk together the maple syrup and BBQ sauce. Season the shrimp generously with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon. There is no need to secure it with toothpicks, the bacon should stick to the shrimp, just make sure to lay the bacon wrapped shrimp on the prepared baking sheet with the seam side down. Repeat with remaining shrimp and bacon.
- Brush each bacon wrapped shrimp generously with the maple syrup and BBQ sauce mixture.
- Bake the shrimp for 15 minutes. Then turn the broiler on and broil for 2 to 3 minutes more. You basically want to make sure the bacon is crisped up enough.
- If preferred, once the shrimp is cooked, brush with additional maple syrup and BBQ sauce mixture if you have any leftovers. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.

Steps:
- Set the oven rack to the center position. Preheat to 400ºF (20ºC).
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and chili powder in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add shrimp and stir to combine. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the bacon.
- Cut bacon strips in half, about 4 to 5 inches in length.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Place the cut strips of bacon on the rack.
- Roast until the bacon just begins to shrink and turn slight red in color, about 8 minutes. The bacon should be flexible and not completely cooked or crispy.
- Allow the bacon to cool until it's easy to handle with fingertips, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Wrap each piece of shrimp with the par-cooked bacon strips, insert a toothpick to secure the wrap.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the same pan used to cook the bacon. Roast for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven. Carefully flip the shrimp over and then brush each piece with half of the maple syrup. Roast the shrimp for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven, flip one last time and brush the shrimp with the remaining maple syrup.
- Change the oven to the high broil setting. Broil until the bacon is deep red in color and crisp, 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully remove the toothpicks.
- Transfer bacon wrapped shrimp to a serving plate. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper and parsley.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place bacon slices, in one layer, onto the baking sheet. Place in the oven and then bake about 10 minutes or until the bacon has rendered some of its fat, is starting to brown on the edges, but is still floppy.
- Take the bacon out of the oven and transfer to paper towels to drain excess fat. Discard any fat on the baking sheet, but leave the foil intact.
- Stir the maple syrup and Sriracha in a small bowl.
- Lightly brush both sides of the par-cooked bacon with glaze, and then cut in half, crosswise, making 20 half-strips of bacon.
- Season the shrimp with salt then wrap each shrimp with a half-strip of bacon and use one of the soaked skewers to secure it.
- Place each shrimp onto the baking sheet. Then brush or spoon leftover glaze over wrapped shrimp.
- Bake the shrimp for 5 minutes.
- Turn the oven to broil, and then broil 4 to 6 minutes, rotating the shrimp once, until the bacon is crispy.
- Serve shrimp with lemon wedges on the side and scallions scattered on top.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place shrimp and scallops in a shallow dish or bowl. Dress seafood with lime juice and zest, a generous drizzle of sesame oil, grill seasoning and hot pepper flakes. Wrap each shrimp and scallop with a half slice of bacon. Wrap each shrimp working from head to tail, pulling bacon snuggly around the shrimp. Wrap the bacon around the outside of each scallop. Fasten bacon in place as necessary with picks.
- Arrange the shrimp and scallops on a slotted baking pan, such as a broiler pan, to allow draining while bacon crisps. Bake shrimp and scallops 10 to 14 minutes, until shrimp is pink and curled, scallops are opaque and bacon is crisp. Shrimps may finish before the scallops.
- Arrange cooked seafood on platter and sprinkle with chopped scallions.

- To make the rub – in a bowl mix melted butter, maple syrup(or honey or brown sugar), salt and pepper, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper. Mix everything well and keep aside.
- Cut bacon into half. This is done so the long strips of bacon do not cover the shrimps in whole. We want to leave a small portion of front and tail of shrimp exposed. Note : If you use long strip of bacon and wrap in multiple fold over shrimp, the outer layer of bacon will get cooked to crispy perfection, but the inner layer will remain under-cooked and raw.
