Steps:
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in 1 egg; set aside. , In a saucepan, bring water, butter and chocolate to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. Stir in flour and remaining sugar. Stir in the sour cream, baking soda, salt and remaining eggs until smooth. , Pour into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Dollop cream cheese mixture over the top; cut through batter with a knife to swirl cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips., Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly and well blended. Press the mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9x9 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until firm and golden. Set aside to cool.
- Pour cold water into a medium saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in the white sugar and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar and gelatin. When the mixture is clear, remove from heat and stir in the confectioners' sugar. Set aside until cool.
- When the mixture has cooled to luke warm, stir in the baking powder, vanilla and almond extracts and any color of food coloring. Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until the mixture can hold a peak. Pour over the shortbread base and cool until the gloss disappears. Cut into 36 squares and enjoy!

- In large bowl, beat powdered sugar, granulated sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until blended. Beat in 1 egg at a time until blended. Beat 1 minute longer. On low speed, beat in flour mixture alternately with lemon juice, beginning and ending with flour mixture, until well blended. Stir in lemon peel and 1/2 cup pecans. Pour into pan.
- Bake 22 to 27 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat frosting ingredients on low speed until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread frosting over warm bars. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup pecans. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack, about 1 hour. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Garnish with lemon slices.
