EASY MARINATED GRILLED CHICKEN TENDERS
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a large, nonreactive bowl or resealable food storage bag, combine the chicken tenders with the creamy Caesar salad dressing, garlic powder (if using), basil, onion, and pepper. Seal or cover and refrigerate the chicken for 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill or broiler. (If broiling, position the rack about 4 inches from the heat source.) Oil the grill grate or rack of the broiler pan.
- Grill or broil the chicken tenders for about 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned and thoroughly cooked.
- Serve and enjoy.

- In a shallow dish, combine the first five ingredients; add chicken and turn to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes or refrigerate up to 4 hours. , Drain and discard marinade. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat, for 8-12 minutes, turning once, or until a thermometer reads 170°.

- Remove wing tips from chicken. Pierce chicken pieces with tines of a fork, then place chicken in a large reclosable plastic bag or a shallow baking dish.Place beer, chicken broth, onion, green onions, butter or margarine, tomato paste, garlic, tarragon and pepper in a blender container. Cover and blend until blended. Pour over chicken, turning to coat. Close bag or cover dish. Marinate at room temperature at least 2 hours or refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning pieces occasionally.Remove from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.Spray cold grate with non-stick cooking spray or brush with oil. Place chicken on grill about 5 to 6 inches above medium-hot coals. Turning and basting every 5 minutes, cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.

MARINATED CHICKEN

Steps:
- Butterfly the chicken breasts using a sharp knife, then lightly pound to an even thickness.
- In a large glass bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, canola oil, chile-garlic paste, scallion whites, sesame oil and ginger until combined. Add the chicken and turn to coat in the marinade. Cover and let marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2 or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat until hot.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and transfer to a paper-towel-lined baking sheet. Use paper towels to dab off some of the marinade.
- Brush the grill with canola oil, then grill the chicken until fully cooked, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a platter and garnish with the scallion greens and sesame seeds. Serve.

PATIO CHICKEN
This is my favorite marinade for BBQ chicken. I got this recipe from a friend of mine from church. It was passed down from her mother. I use chicken breasts and adjust the marinating time depending on how salty I want the finished product. It's soooo yummy.

Steps:
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and paprika.
- In a dutch oven, saute chicken in butter until golden on all sides.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and clove and pour on orange juice.
- Simmer, covered, until chicken is fork tender.
- Cut lemon and orange into 10 wedges each.
- Peel avocado in half and cut each half into 5 long slices.
- Arrange chicken on a heated platter and garnish with avocato, lemon and orange to squeeze over chicken as desired.
- Degrease sauce and serve on the side.
