4 oz cream cheese
4 cups toasted oat cereal
1 cup dried strawberry
½ cup yogurt chip, plus more for topping

Steps:

  • Microwave the marshmallows and cream cheese in a bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted.
  • Add cereal into the bowl and mix until fully coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Add dried strawberries and yogurt chips. Mix just until combined.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan.
  • Press into the edges of the pan and top with more yogurt chips.
  • Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.

1 ½ cups biscuit
5 ½ tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons milk
½ tablespoon gelatin powder
2 tablespoons water
3 ⅓ cups cream cheese
⅔ cup sugar
1 ⅔ cups yogurt
1 ⅔ cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons water, hot
2 tablespoons matcha powder

Steps:

  • Put the biscuit in a ziplock bag and crush it finely. Put it in a bowl, add melted butter and milk and mix.
  • Place mixture in a 20 cm (7 in) spring-loaded mold and make shape with holding it firmly with your fingers. Put it in a refrigerator and cool it (about 30 minutes).
  • Place gelatin in a heat-resistant small dish, add water and let it set.
  • Add sugar to the cream cheese and mix well. Put yogurt and Heavy cream and mix well.
  • Heat gelatin for about 30 seconds in a 600 W microwave oven and mix thoroughly every fifteen seconds. When the gelatin becomes liquid, filter it into mixture and mix well.
  • Divide mixture into two equal parts, add Matcha melted with hot water to one side, and mix well.
  • Pour half the amount of white filling into the bottom of the mold, put in a freezer for 15 minutes and solidify.
  • Pour half of the filling containing the matcha into the mold and cool for 10 minutes.
  • Repeat this until the remaining filling gets set up
  • Cool in a refrigerator for about 3 hours.
  • Remove the cake from the mold, put it on the dish, sprinkle the tea strainer on the surface and sprinkle matcha.
  • Enjoy!

Steps:

  • For the cheesecake layer:: Cream together cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla, egg yolk, and salt, and mix until well-combined. Set aside.
  • For the strawberry layer: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently, until reduced and thickened. Allow to cool until at least warm before using.
  • For the crumble layer: Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon or by hand until a crumbly dough forms.
  • To assemble: Pour cheesecake filling over baked crust, spreading to the edges and corners.
  • Then, evenly dollop cooled strawberry filling over cheesecake filling. Do not mix.
  • Finally, crumble the brown sugar crumble topping evenly over the top of the strawberry layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheesecake layer is set and crumble topping is lightly browned.

24 graham crackers, crushed, plus 3, broken into quarters, divided
12 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 1/2 sticks, melted
32 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 ½ cups sugar
4 large eggs
¼ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup sweet potato puree
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans
⅓ cup chocolate hazelnut spread

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

½ cup strawberry, diced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon matcha powder
⅓ cup hot water
⅓ cup Boba Pearls and Brown Sugar Syrup
1 cup ice
½ cup half & half
wide-opening straw

Steps:

  • Make the strawberry purée: Add the strawberries and sugar to a medium bowl. Use the back of a fork to muddle the strawberries. Let sit for 10-15 minutes, until the strawberries begin to soften and release their natural juices.
  • Make the matcha: Add the matcha powder to a mug and slowly pour in the hot water. Whisk with a small whisk or a matcha whisk until tiny bubbles form on the surface.
  • To assemble, add the boba pearls and brown sugar syrup to the bottom of a serving glass. Top with the muddled strawberries, then the ice. Slowly pour in the half-and-half over the back of a spoon for a layered effect, then use the same technique to pour the matcha on top.
  • Stir with a wide-opening straw, then serve.

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs until pale yellow, about 2 minutes.
