MOM'S MASHED POTATOES
These are the best potatoes. Mom calls them whipped potatoes. She doesn't like lumpy spuds. Use the left overs in hot beef sandwiches, shepherds pie, or the next meal of some sort, lol.

MOE'S FABULOUS MASHED POTATOES
These are, hands down, the best mashed potatoes I have ever had -- and so very easy to make. You can also use soy milk and non-dairy butter for vegans. I make a side batch vegan-style for my brother and his friends, and they say it tastes great.

Steps:
- Brown ground chuck and chopped red onion in a large skillet. Drain fat (I push the chuck and onion to the side and put a folded paper towel on the other side. Tip the pan so the fat runs to the paper towel. Less time and no need to dirty other dishes.) Add tomato soup and drained green beans. Stir and heat through. Meanwhile, heat your Simply Traditional Mashed Potatoes. Put a large mound of potatoes on each plate and smother with the green bean and tomato mixture. OMG is this good!

Spring and Summer--Mom would make this for BBQs. Really very pretty, if you mold in bowl, unmold on lettuce leaves, and grate the cooked egg yolks over the top. Passive work time = must chill refrigeration; can be made ahead.

MOROCCAN MASHED POTATOES
These creamy Middle Eastern-style potatoes are flavored with turmeric and use olive oil rather than butter. They are great alone, and for fillings in puff pastries. Amounts of salt, pepper, and other spices may be adjusted to taste.
