Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Mix in bread, milk, egg, 1 tbsp mustard, and 1/4 cup ketchup.
- Press mixture into a loaf and put in baking dish.
- In a small bowl, stir together 1 tbsp mustard, 1/4 cup ketchup and 2 tbsp brown sugar. Pour on top of the meat loaf within the last 20-30 minutes of cooking.
- Bake for about an hour until it's cooked through.

Steps:
- First prepare the ketchup as it will be needed in the meatloaf. Mix all ketchup ingredients in a plastic bowl. Set aside.
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a bowl with only 1/2 of ketchup.
- Place in loaf pan with remaining ketchup on top of loaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Makes 9 slices.
- Leftovers can be frozen, if there are any. lol.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into an 8x4-in. loaf in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan., In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar; remove 1/2 cup for sauce. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Stir ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and chili powder together in a bowl until smooth. Spread a small amount of the ketchup mixture into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in ketchup.
- Mix remaining ingredients just until blended. Add half the ketchup mixture; mix lightly.
- Press into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
