Got this recipe from an e-friend...it is SO delicious and simple. The kids love to help make it. They love to scarf it down more! It's very hard to make this for someone else because it may not make it out of the house!

1/2 cup margarine
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 -2 cup banana (pulp)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Steps:

  • Cream well: margarine, sugar& eggs.
  • add: sour cream, banana pulp& vanilla.
  • mix well.
  • add: flour& baking soda.
  • mix til blended.
  • bake in greased pan@ 325* for 50-70 minute.

1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350.
  • cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • beat in eggs.
  • combine bananas, milk and vanilla.
  • mix flour soda and salt.
  • blend in flour mixture alternately with bananas.
  • turn into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • if using two 5'7 loaf pans (i usually do) bake for 55 minutes.
