My family loves it and they are chewable and moisture. They are very delicious. Try this!

Ingredients

1 - 8 oz pkg. fat free cream cheese (room temperature)
2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla flavoring
2 c white lily plain flour
1 c sugar
1 stick butter (room temperature)

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix all ingredients at room temperature to make a stiff dough. Roll into ball form, pressuring down to flatten with bottom of a glass. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
2. Note: You may add any extract to change flavor. Pecans, raisins or chocolate chips can also be added. Makes approximately 3 dozen.

1 cup flour
frosting-3 oz cr cheese soft
1 cup p sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Steps:

cream butter till fluffy and add cornstarch and sugar and blend well and beat in flour till mixed drop by small tsp onto sheet and flatten with bottom of glass-dip glass inp sugar to avoid sticking bake 350 10 min and frost when cool frosting mix all together and tint with coloring if desired
