- Add the butter and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl and cook on High for 30 secs to melt. Remove from the microwave and stir thoroughly. Allow to cool slightly then add the egg and stir to combine. Grease with butter and line a second microwaveable round dish (about 15cm wide) with cling film. Tip the peanut butter mix into the lined dish then sieve in the cocoa powder and flour and tip in the sugar. Mix gently to form a thick, sticky paste. Smooth the top of the mixture with the back of a large spoon.
- Using a teaspoon, make crater-holes in the top of the brownie mixture and fill each generously with jam as it will melt and bubble down when cooked. Pop in the microwave for 3-4 mins on High. Remove and leave to cool for 15 mins (it will carry on cooking as it cools) then enjoy!

- In a bowl, beat sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt on medium speed for 1 minute. Add butter; beat until blended. Combine flour and cocoa. Gradually add to sugar mixture; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Transfer to a greased microwave-safe 8-in. square dish. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-4 minutes, rotating every 1 minute or until a moist area about 1-1/4 in. in diameter remains in the center (when touched, brownie will cling to your finger while area underneath will be almost dry). Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease or spray bottom only of 13x9-inch pan.
- In large bowl, mix cake mix, butter, egg and milk with spoon until dough forms. Stir in peanut butter chips. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- In medium bowl, stir frosting, peanut butter and milk until well blended; spread over brownies. In small bowl, place jelly; stir until smooth. Drop small teaspoonfuls of jelly evenly over frosting. Swirl jelly with tip of knife for marbled design. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

- Then add flour and beat until crumbly.
- Reserve one cup of the crumbs.
- Press remaining crumbs into an 8" square glass dish.
- Place on inverted plate in microwave.
- Cook at medium 6 1/2 minutes or until base looks dry.
- Spread jam to base within 1/2" of edge.
- Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
- Cook on medium 6-7 minutes.
- Cool.
- Makes 16 bars.
