Steps:
- Make the cheese sauce: Toss the cheese and cornstarch together in a bowl until totally coated. Set a medium saucepan over low heat. Add the evaporated milk. Once the milk is warm, whisk in the cheese mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until all the cheese is melted and the sauce is silky and smooth, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and ground beef and cook, stirring, until the exterior is caramelized and the inside is just cooked through, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm over low heat.
- Assemble the cups: Fry or bake the tots as the label directs. Divide the warm tots among small cups and top with about a tablespoon of the cheese sauce, then a tablespoon of the ground beef. Top each with a small squiggle of ketchup and mustard and nally a pickle on top and a light sprinkle of sesame seeds.

- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the heat; set aside., Press each biscuit onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup. Spoon beef mixture into cups; top with cheese cubes. Bake at 400° for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Freeze option: Freeze cooled pastries in a freezer container, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, thaw pastries in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Reheat on a baking sheet in a preheated 375° oven until heated through.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Brown meat with onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add 1/2 cup ketchup and 2 Tbsp. mustard; mix well. Cook 2 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
- Tear 2 Singles into small pieces. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Cut each of the remaining Singles into 4 pieces each.
- Cut rolls horizontally in half. Press 1 roll half, cut side up, onto bottom and up side of each of 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spoon meat mixture evenly into bread shells; top each with Singles piece.
- Bake 10 to 12 min. or until Singles are melted.
- Drizzle with remaining ketchup and mustard; top with relish.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in dish. Sprinkle with 2 cups of the cheese.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick™ mix, milk and eggs with whisk until blended. Pour into baking dish. Arrange frozen potatoes on top of casserole.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are browned. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1 cup cheese; bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and knife inserted in center comes out clean (165°F in center). Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- To make ahead: Cook beef mixture; spread in baking dish. Refrigerate uncovered 30 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 cups of the cheese; pour Bisquick™ mixture over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. To bake: Heat oven to 400°F. Uncover casserole; arrange frozen potatoes on top. Bake and top with cheese as directed.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
- Place 6 frozen mini Tater Tots™ in each muffin cup; bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven; cool 5 minutes. Using 2 paper towels, press Tater Tots™ into cups to create a base for the hot dish and to absorb excess oil.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix milk and egg. Stir in cheese; set aside.
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned; drain. Remove from skillet; set aside. Wipe out skillet. Add mushrooms and steak seasoning to dry skillet; cook over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned. Remove from heat; cool 2 minutes.
- Add beef and mushrooms to cheese mixture. Pour evenly over potatoes in each muffin cup.
- Top each cup with 6 more Tater Tots™. Place muffin tin on large rimmed cookie sheet. Bake 32 to 34 minutes or until mixture is set and Tater Tots™ are browned. Cool 15 minutes; run knife around each muffin cup, and lift out.
- In small bowl, mix ketchup and Sriracha sauce; serve with hot dish cups.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a greased muffin tin, place five tater tots into each cup. Press the tater tots with a spoon into a cup shape.
- Bake the tot cups for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for five minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic.
- Then brown the ground beef and then drain on paper towels.
- Add in the Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the burger mixture into each cup. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Allow your burger cups to cool slightly before topping.

- Place onion in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with water. Microwave on High until soft, 7 to 8 minutes. Drain.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.
