Mini Pepper Pizzas Recipes
MINI PEPPER PIZZAS
Steps:
- Step 1 Preheat over to 425º F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Step 2 Cut mini sweet peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and arrange on the tray. Step 3 Add a spoonful of pizza sauce inside each mini sweet pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese. Add any additional pizza toppings you would like. Sprinkle with parmesan, if desired.
