These quick & easy chocolate fat bombs are a great way to quickly curb cravings. With 3 ingredients, this low-carb recipe is delicious and super satisfying!

1/2 Tbsp melted organic coconut oil
1/2 Tbsp organic cacao powder
1/2 Tbsp almond butter*
1-3 drops liquid stevia, optional
1 cup melted organic coconut oil
1 cup organic cacao powder
1 cup almond butter*
10+ drops (as desired) liquid stevia, optional

Steps:

  • Melt the coconut oil and whisk in the cacao and almond butter until no lumps remain. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture each into 32 small paper muffin cups.
  • Refrigerate or freeze until hard.
  • Store in the refrigerator.

10 tablespoons coconut oil (5 oz)
4 oz dark chocolate (85% or higher)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 drops of peppermint oil or 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint flavoring

Steps:

  • Start by heating the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a whisk to combine the fats as they melt together.
  • Once melted and combined, set aside to cool.
  • After the chocolate mixture cools, whisk in the vanilla extract and peppermint drops.
  • Use a tablespoon to scoop the chocolate coconut oil mixture into a mini muffin tray in 1 tablespoon increments.
  • Place in the freezer until firm. This should take 20-30 minutes.
  • You should be able to easily pop the chocolate fat bombs out with a butter knife. If they stick, then pop them back in the freezer for a little longer.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer or fridge.
