This is a really refreshing drink with very little calories. I love it. My husband grows stevia and made up this recipe for me when I was trying to lose weight.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 cup stevia, leaves
1 cup mint leaf
2 liters water
4 -6 limes

Steps:

  • Put 1/2 c Stevia leaves and 1 c mint leaves in saucepan in 2 liters of water. Bring to a boil and then turn down and simmer for 1 hour. Strain and cool, set aside.
  • Juice 4-6 limes and add the juice to a pitcher, add 1/2 to 3/4 c of stevia concentrate then fill with water. Add a few slices of lime.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy.

1 cup white sugar
1 cup fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • Combine water, sugar, and mint leaves in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let syrup steep, about 30 minutes.
  • Pour syrup into a sterilized glass jar through a mesh strainer to remove mint leaves; let cool.
