- Divide wine between two 6- to 8-ounce wine glasses. Top off each glass with half of the diet ginger ale. Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with orange and/or raspberries.

MELON COOLER
Steps:
- Combine fat free half & half, cantaloupe and vanilla in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend at medium speed 30-60 seconds or until well blended.
- Scrape down sides of container; add ice cream. Cover; blend at medium speed 10-15 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into individual glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs and melon wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.

- Place melon cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cover and freeze 30 minutes or until firm. Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add frozen melon, sherbet, and lime juice. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with strawberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
