This ridiculously easy mini smoothie requires just three ingredients: milk or non-dairy milk, Greek yogurt (or vegan soy yogurt), and your favorite mix of frozen berries. Put all of that into a blender until it's a smooth consistency, and enjoy! It's the perfect size for a little afternoon snack, but if you want more (and why wouldn't you?), you can simply double the recipe.

2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
1 banana
¼ cup yogurt
1 cup milk
6 small paper cups
6 popsicle sticks

Steps:

  • In a blender mix all ingredients until smooth.
  • Place six small paper cups on a baking tray and fill the cups with the smoothie and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Place one popsicle stick in the center of each cup and freeze again for one hour or until solid.
  • Rip the paper cups from the popsicle.
  • Enjoy!

Steps:

  • In blender or food processor, place yogurt, milk and powdered sugar. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Add half of the berries. Cover; blend on high speed 1 minute. Add remaining berries. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute longer, adding a small amount of additional milk if necessary, until smooth. Garnish with fresh fruit. Serve immediately.

1 cup milk or juice (milk: coconut, almond, oat, soy; juice: apple juice, cranberry juice, or even orange juice)
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 banana (sliced)
½ cup yogurt (we use plain or vanilla Greek yogurt)
2 tablespoons honey ( or agave or maple syrup (optional))

Steps:

  • You need a high quality blender (such as a Vitamix or Ninja). Place all of the ingredients in the blender, starting with the liquid, followed by the frozen fruit, banana and yogurt. Put the lid on and blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Check the consistency and sweetness of the smoothie. Add additional liquid if it's too thick and add ice or more frozen fruit if it's too thin. Add honey or agave if it's not sweet enough.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy! Top with fresh berries and mint if desired.
