MOROCCAN CHICKEN THIGHS

Moroccan Chicken Thighs image

Another of my torn from a magazine & dutifully filed away recipes. Zaar World Tour II has certainly provided an impetus to clearing out my get-around-to-it box. This is from the 12/21/04 issue of Family Circle magazine.

8 skinless boneless chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves , crushed
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
1 tbsp sweet paprika
1 large onion , finely sliced
50g split red lentil
400g can chopped tomato
