A delightful blend of four fruit juices gives this pleasant punch its cool character, while ginger ale adds the quenching fizz. For our theme party, I looked to the Olympics' history to come up with an appropriate name for this modern-day beverage. -Therese Judge, Westminster, Maryland

Ingredients

4 cups cranberry juice, chilled
2 cups orange juice, chilled
2 cups apple juice, chilled
2 cans (6 ounces each) pineapple juice, chilled
2 liters ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

Just before serving, combine juices in a punch bowl. Stir in the ginger ale.

Steps:

Blend all ingredients together in an ice-filled blender.
Serve in a long stemmed cocktail glass with fruit wedges and a Greek flag.

2- 3oz. pkg. Orange jello
2 c Water
3- 11oz cans of Mandarin oranges (drained) reserve juice
1- #211 can crushed pineapple
(drained) reserve juice
1 c Orange juice
concentrate, partially thawed
1 pkg Lemon pie filling
Whipped cream

Steps:

Disolve gelatin in boiling water. Add 1 c reserved juice. Stir in oranges and pineapple with orange concentrate. Chill until set. Cook lemon pie filling according to directions, using egg. Fold in whipped cream. Pour on top of orange mixture. Chill until set.
