- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large microwaveable glass bowl, combine white chocolate pieces, sugar and butter. Heat in microwave 1 to 1½ minutes, stirring occasionally, or until melted and smooth when stirred. With a whisk or a fork, beat in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until mixed, then add chocolate chips. Spread evenly in a greased 8 inch square pan. Bake 30-35 minutes in preheated oven, or until golden brown and toothpick inserted come out clean.
COPYCAT - MOXIES WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
I found this recipe online a while ago, but I can't remember where so I'm posting it here for safe keeping. This is one of my favorite desserts and I was surprised that I wasn't able to find it on food.com! It's not great alone, it really does need to be warmed up and topped with ice cream to be anything special.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9" pan.
- Melt white chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler, or in microwave on med power. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
- Gradually add the sugar and vanilla, mixing constantly.
- Drizzle in the melted white chocolate mixture.
- Combine the flour and salt and fold into the white chocolate mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not over-bake.
- 4. Serve heated. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, some real whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

This is a simple variation on a chocolate brownie recipe that my mother made me growing up, which originally came from my grandmother. I am a big white chocolate fan, and this will satisfy even the biggest white chocolate craving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and white chocolate together over low heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly. Meanwhile beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl; mix in the butter mixture, and stir in the flour and salt until thoroughly combined. Scoop the batter into the prepared baking pan; sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for about 10 minutes before cutting into bars.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. and butter and flour a 9-inch square baking pan, knocking out excess flour.
- In a double boiler or metal bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water melt white chocolate and butter, stirring, until smooth and remove top of double boiler or bowl from heat. Cool chocolate mixture to room temperature.
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until thickened and pale and beat in white chocolate mixture. Into a bowl sift together flour, baking powder, and salt and beat into chocolate mixture just until batter is combined well. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips and spread batter evenly in pan.
- Bake brownies in middle of oven 30 to 35 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean. Cool brownies completely in pan on a rack before cutting into 16 squares. Brownies keep, layered between sheets of wax paper in an airtight container at cool room temperature, 5 days.

- Get Your Tools and Ingredients Prepared. To make these white chocolate brownies, you will need the following ingredients: 1 cup (approximately 200 g) white chocolate chips.
- Wash Your Hands, Preheat Oven. You did remember to wash your hands before you started, right? After you've washed your hands, grease the baking pan with a little margarine or butter.
- Melt the Margarine/butter and White Chocolate. Either using a pot on low heat, or short bursts in a microwave oven, melt the margarine and white chocolate together.
- Whip Eggs, Add Sugar, Vanilla, Melted Chocolate Mixture. In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the eggs until they begin to foam. (This won't be foamy like a meringue, but will be just a bit foamy).
- Add Flour, Salt. Next, turn the mixer off, and add the flour and salt. To avoid a mess, use the beaters on the mixer to fold in the flour before turning it on.
- Fold in Semi-sweet Chocolate, and Bake. Turn off the mixer, and use a mixing spoon to fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into your baking pan.
- Serve, and Enjoy. Cut up the brownies into whatever size you want. If you are feeling ambitious, feel free to garnish with a few mint leaves, a raspberry, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, or anything else you fancy.
