MRS. EULER'S POTATO SALAD
When I was a little girl, our next door neighbor would bring this potato salad to gatherings. She gave this recipe to my Mom and this is the only one I have ever used.

Steps:
- 1. Peel potatoes and cut into uniform chunks. Boil until fork tender. Pour vinegar over hot potatoes and let stand while you are making the dressing.
- 2. Combine all ingredients except the hard boiled eggs and stir until smooth and well mixed. If it seems too thick, thin with a little milk.
- 3. Slice potatoes and chop hard boiled eggs. Fold dressing into potato-egg mixture and refrigerate.
