CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 375°F.
• Cook shells al dente according to package directions.
• Cook onion and red bell pepper in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in salt and chili powder.
• In a large bowl combine soup, onion mixture, milk and 2 cups cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Stir in chicken, pasta and green chiles.
• Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
• Bake 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

MURDER MYSTERY CHICKEN

Steps:

• Grease a baking dish.
• Place chicken breasts in the dish.
• Top with slices of Swiss cheese.
• Combine soup and wine, pour over chicken and cheese.
• Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle the top with the crushed croutons.
• Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour, then uncovered for 10 minutes.
• Serve over rice.
• For Once a Month Cooking:.
• Put together cheese, chicken soup, wine and put chicken on top.Freeze uncooked. When ready to cook, top with croutons or bread crumbs with butter and cook at temp in recipe.

MYSTERY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Melt the butter in a pan.
• Stir in teh flour' add milk and bouillon cubes.
• Cook until thick; cool.
• Add eggs and mayonnasie; fold in chicken, almonds, and noodles.
• Add seasonings.
• Bake until brouwn at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
• Gravy:.
• Heat together and serve as gravy to go over casserole.
• Note: I have precooked my chicken before and I have cooked in casserole. I prefer to precook it some, but not completely done.
