Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- Prepare the brownie batter and pour into greased springform pan.
- Bake until set, about 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese and sugar until incorporated. Add beaten eggs and vanilla, and beat again until smooth.
- Remove brownies and lower oven temperature to 325˚F (165˚C).
- Pour cheesecake batter over brownie bottom, and bake for 50 minutes until set and slightly jiggly.
- Remove cheesecake and refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight.
- Heat or microwave whipping cream to just before boiling and pour over chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Allow the ganache to sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer cheesecake to a baking pan with a wire rack. In a circular motion starting from the inside out, pour the ganache glaze over the cheesecake making sure to cover all sides.
- Allow ganache to cool and set for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Cool slightly., In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt until blended. Stir in chocolate mixture. Add flour, mixing well. Stir in walnuts. , Spread into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs (do not overbake)., Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. If desired, dust with confectioners' sugar. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In 3-quart saucepan over very low heat, melt butter or margarine and chocolate, stirring the mixture constantly. Remove from heat, and stir the sugar into the chocolate. Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in the vanilla. Combine the flour and salt; stir into the chocolate mixture. Fold in the walnuts. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake in oven 30 to 35 minutes. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted into center come out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack.

- In a bowl using an electric mixer, blend the cake mix, eggs and melted ice cream low speed for 30 seconds.
- Scrape sides of bowl.
- Then mix on medium speed for 2 minutes more.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into pre-greased dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes.
